Books that close themselves.

Most bookkeepers sell you their hours. We sell you a closed month. The categorization, the reconciliation, the reporting, automated, then checked by a human who has been in your books all month. Your accounts close in the first week. Every month. Without a meeting.

✦ PRICING ✦

One variable: transactions

Not hours. Not the number of accounts you hold, you can have forty. Just how much moves through your books each month.

Transactions / monthMonthly
Under 100$350
100 to 300$550
300 to 700$900
700 to 1,500$1,500

✦ GETTING STARTED ✦

One onboarding fee, quoted once

It covers building your automation and cleaning up whatever is behind. Priced on the number of past transactions that need work, not on how many months it's been. We look at your books first, free, then quote a fixed number. Never hourly, never open-ended.

✦ SCOPE ✦

Bookkeeping: and only bookkeeping

We keep the books immaculate and hand your CPA everything they need. We don't try to be your CPA. That line is deliberate, and it's why the price stays where it is.

Every month, included

  • Every transaction recorded and categorized to the right account
  • Every bank, credit card and loan account reconciled, however many you have
  • Month-end journal entries, including inventory and COGS from the figures you supply
  • Payroll recorded from your payroll provider
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reports, a live page, a PDF, and a Drive archive of everything
  • A real bookkeeper in your books all month, not just software running unattended

Goes to your CPA

  • Tax filing, tax strategy, tax planning
  • 1099 preparation and filing
  • Sales tax registration, calculation and filing
  • Bill pay: we record money, we never move it
  • Running payroll
  • CFO work, forecasting, budgeting, advisory
  • Audit representation
  • Counting inventory: you send the numbers, we book the entry
✦ HOW IT RUNS ✦

What working together actually looks like

Cadence
Your books close in the first week of the following month
Often day one, when the automation runs clean and there's nothing to ask you about. Same schedule every month: no chasing, no wondering, no "we're a bit behind this quarter."
Your reports
A live page, a PDF, and an archive you own
One email each month with a button to your own report page, the PDF attached, and a link to the Drive folder holding every report we've ever sent you.
Leaving
No exit fee, ever
You own your QuickBooks subscription and your file. If you stop, we're simply removed as a user and everything stays exactly where it is, with you.
✦ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU ✦

Two things, once

Bank access
Read-only logins to your accounts
Standard practice: a view-only seat that can pull statements and check images, with no ability to move money, change payees, or touch your credentials. It's what keeps your close on schedule instead of waiting on you to forward PDFs.
QuickBooks
Your subscription, in your name
You own and pay for QuickBooks Online. We're added as your accountant user. Nothing is resold to you, and the file is always yours.
